Partner 2 does 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (Partners work at the same time)
When both partners are done – switch places
Partner 1 does 20 Thrusters (95#/65#) while
Partner 2 does 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
Switch
Partner 1 does 10 Thrusters
Partner 2 does 10 CTB
Switch
