    back squat @185 18 months after not being able to get off the ground from seated position due to leg weakness following a month in ICU and chemo. PROGRESS!! thank you coaches and members for pushing and encouraging

    13:06 – 95# SOHs, knees to chest after first round.
    Strength: topped at 185#
    Did core.
