    10:44 – not a stellar day: ran out of steam w/ pull-ups half way through and had to switch to negatives, 14# wall ball. Did core + 1 mile run.

    15 x Jumping pull ups 16″ box
    15 x wall balls 14#
    Core:
    3 x 8 kettlebell windmills with green band kb
    V-situps 15, 9, then scale easier and 15.
