If you are signed up, the first Nutrition Seminar will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 4 and will last about 30 minutes. A recording of the seminar will be available to participants.

If you are not signed up for the Nutrition Challenge, there’s still time, and we still have some time slots available for the DXA Scans! A sample DXA Scan is taped around the WOD board at the gym. Take a look!
