Happy 1st week of the CrossFit Open! The first workout will be announced at games.crossfit.com on Thursday at 8 p.m. If you come to classes on Fridays you will be doing the Open workouts. So you may as well sign up and have your score registered on the worldwide scoreboard! Scaled, Masters, and Rx’d divisions available. As always, we will try very hard to accommodate requests to make-up the Open workouts for anyone who is registered.
