16 Walking Lunge Steps (Front Rack)

Core/Accessory:
3×8 Hip Extensions

3×20 Side Bends

    5+3 – 75# lunges.
    Front Squats 5×3: 75/95/115/135/155 (only 2 Reps at 155)
    Core: did core – 55# HEs
