EMOM for 7 min: 2 Hang Squat Clean (or 2 Hang Power Clean and Front Squat as low as mobility allows)

WOD:
AMRAP in 8 minutes:
10 Pull-Ups
25 Double Unders

Core/Accessory:
Alternating Tabata: Hollow Hold/Superman
