    -10 Front Squats @ 35#
    -12 Tri-pod hand stand push ups
    Core:
    3 x 10 V situps (knee pulled in)
    8 Alternating Turkish Get ups (green kettlebell)

    12:36 – 95# FSs , 4 wallwalks instead of HSPUs. Did core.
