    WOD: 6+7 – push-ups instead of HSPUs, 65# OHSs for 2 rounds then 55#.
    Push press: 100/105/110/115/120.
    Did core.

    I hope your baby and you are feeling better.I would have to say friend because country just seems too abstract and a friend is more concrete and immaeietd.
