    Strength:
    -Pull ups: strict 5, 3, 3, 2, 2; Pull ups with green band: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 4, 4, 3, 3

    WOD: 6:02
    5 sets of:
    -10 x deadlift @ 125#
    -10 jumping ring rows

    Core:
    -Tabata alternating Hollows and Supermans (4 of each/8 total) Sue told good stories to pass the time.
    -Hip extensions 1 x 8 with 15#, 3 x 8 with 25#
