    Strength – Push Press
    1×3@95#, 1×3@105#, 3×3@110#
    P.R. for one rep at 125# (failed a couple times, got counseled by Yo-D, then got it done!)
    WOD – 6 rounds:
    -100m farmer’s carry @ 90#
    -10 ring dips with toes on ground, some jump as fatigue sets in
    Core:
    GHD 1×25, 1×15, 1×10, 10×5
    100 banded pull aparts with red band
