    WOD 12 min AMRAP: 4+10
    -10 hang power snatch: 1st 3 rounds 75#, last two rounds 65#
    -20 walking lunges
    Core:
    Hip extensions, 1×8, then 3×8 w/10#
    Russian twists: 18#, sets: 25 reps, 15, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10.
