    Strict pull ups work – reps 3, 2, 1, 1, then used green band for assist (reps 3, 3, lost track)
    WOD 8 min AMRAP: 4 + 10
    S2O 75#
    Singles 3:1
    Core:
    8 alternating Turkish Getups (16 total; used the smallest kettle bell)
    100 banded good mornings with the black band.
