Pick a weight that sucks and stick with it for 5 sets

WOD:
30-20-10
Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Ring Dips

Core/Accessory:
4×25 GHD Sit-Ups

3×8 Ring Rows

    First time doing the 0600 class!
    WOD 14:25 (I think)
    30-20-10 for Burpee Box Jumps (16″) and Box Dips
    Core:
    4 X 25 GHD sit ups (First set: 25; second set: 12, 8, 5, third and forth sets: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5)
    3 X 8 ring rows

      Forgot to add – Strength work:
      5 x 3 reps:
      1st set – 105#, 3 reps
      2nd set – 105#, 2 reps
      3rd, 4th, 5th sets – 95#, 3 reps

    15:26 – 24″ box, did Push press (#65) instead of ring dips. 5×3 push press: 100#. Did core
