    19:52 – 65# PSs, push-ups instead of ring dips. Did core.

    55# power snatch, ring dips with 16″ box for feet.
    Cat, this workout should be called, “Fun ways to count to 100.”
    Core:
    3 x 8 knees to chest. Starting to get some rotation up.
