    Rope climb – working on footwork and initial climb up.
    WOD 4:32 – 6 rounds of:
    -7 kettlebell swings @ 45#
    -7 ring dips w/16″ box for feet
    Core:
    Russian twists w/18#, sets of 25, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 5
    100 banded pull aparts w/ red band
