    Skill work – Pull ups: worked on kipping, banded pull ups
    WOD: 7 min AMRAP 5+8
    -7 Shoulders to overhead 75# (started push press, became push jerk)
    -7 box jumps 20″
    Core
    100 banded pull-aparts
    3 x 10 toes to bar
