    Rope climb work – getting better at the second foothold and now working on moving from there. Thanks Alex!

    Ring dips with feet on box
    Core:
    22 push ups
    Sets: 20 side bends, 20 side bends, 10 side bends, 10 side bends.
    Checked the box for sweat today!
