    WOD: 3+18
    20# wall ball
    green banded pull ups

    Core/accessory:
    22 pushups
    66 GHD situps (25 rep 1st set, then smaller sets)

    4+7 Rx. Did core, but subbed regular sit-ups due to recovering back injury.
