Please join us as CrossFit Chantilly hosts 31 Heroes for our 5th year in a row. This workout is a tribute to the 31 military heroes who were killed in action on 8/6/2011. This is a partner workout – please come and we will help you pair up with someone at a similar level. Or, come with a partner. Regular class time at 10 a.m.

10 Toes-to-Bar
20 Double Unders

100 Banded Good Mornings

22 Push-ups
