Strength:
Deadlift 5×3 @ 75% of 1RM (all 5 sets at 75%)

WOD:
AMRAP in 7 minutes:
25 Double Unders
10 Ring Dips

Core/Accessory:
4×25′ Monster Walks

22 Push-Ups (day 4/22 of our 22 push-up challenge)
