CFCers – you are being challenged to do 22 push-ups per day for 22 days to raise awareness of American Veteran suicide. As many as 22 American veterans will commit suicide today. CFC is coming together as a community to complete this challenge in honor of all veterans. Please do your push-ups on your rest days too!

    Starting to work out on recovery from injury…2 miles at the 7:45 PM Clifton outdoor class..plus 22 push-ups.
