Hamstrings

Strength:
Deadlift 3×5 @ 60% of 1 RM from 6/28/2015 (all 3 sets at 60%)

WOD:
AMRAP in 8 minutes:
8 Handstand Push-Ups
8 Kettlebell Swings (Russian)

Core/Accessory:
8 Turkish Get-Ups (alternating – 4 each side)

4×25 GHD Sit-Ups

    5+1 – 3 wall walks per round, 75# KB. 200# DLs. Did not do core.
