    did two rounds with 225 30 and 20 …. broke on the last round … went down to #185 …2 : 1 ratio for single unders. Did core

    finished at 11: 22

    6:00 – 165# DLs, singles 2:1. Did core: 65# HEs + 1 rope climb.
