    Strength/skill: started working on how to kip for pull ups (Thanks Cat!)
    WOD: 7+2 for 8 min AMRAP with sets:
    -7 Ring Dips using 16″ box to scale difficulty
    -7 Shoulders to Overhead (push press) 75#
    Core:
    3 x 10 knees to chest
    100 banded pull parts (broken into 2 sets of 50)
