    WOD: 12:24 for 4 rounds, 10 overhead squat @ 35#, 20 bar facing burpees
    Core:
    -Abmat sit-ups: 3 sets: 40 reps, 40 reps, 20 reps
    -Monster walks: 2 x 50′ w/yellow band, 2 x 50′ w/purple tube
