No 6 or 7 p.m. classes on Thursday, 6/23/2016! We are having a Ladies Only Cores & Floors Workshop instead! If you can relate to the video below then plan on coming, even if you can only stay for part of it!


Deadlift: 4×4 (Add weight each set – perfect reps only)

10 Rounds:
100 meter run
10 Pull-Ups

8 alternating Turkish Get-Ups

100 Banded Good Mornings

    Deadlifts: 4x 165/195/225/250.
    Did core.

    Deadlift 255# 4×4 built up to this weight*

    10 rounds completed with box push ups
    Core work completed with 20 # kettlebell
