    9:30 am class!
    Pre-class: 4 pull ups
    Skill: Tried 1 wall walk hand stand, lower back hurts, switched to 10 tripod on 24″ box
    WOD: 3:57, 16 pistols alternating (16″ box until failure (8,4,2 reps), then 20″ box), 6 power snatch 45# (turned out to be too light – was thinking squat snatch)
    Post WOD: 3 x 6 power snatch 65#
    Core:
    Lower back hurt on Turkish twists, so instead Andy hooked me up with banded torso twist (banded from the closet with hand grips) 1 x 20 @ 40# resistance, 3 x 25 @ 65# resistance. Thanks Andy!

    6:40 – Rig assisted pistols, 75# snatches. 4×3 wall walks. Did core.
