    Back squat 5 x 5 reps @ 115

    WOD: 8 min AMRAP, 5 ring dips w/purple band, 10 S2O @ 65#, reps: 5 +8

    3 x 8 ring rows
    100 banded good mornings w/purple band, 2 sets of 50 between ring row sets.
