    WOD: time 11:18
    4 rounds, 15 front squat 75#, 90 singles jump rope.
    Core:
    3 x 8 GHD bench press with 20# wall ball
    3 x 8 ring rows

    8:26 – 95#, singles 3:1. Did core: 65# on the GHD BPs.
