WOD:
Run 1 mile
100 Double Unders
50 Burpees
20 minute time cap
Compare to 11/13/15

Core/Accessory:
Accumulate 5 minuts of plank

Foam roll/Lacrosse ball calves and foot arches – accumulate 2 minutes each calf and each arch

    8:20 mile (best mile since 2008), 200 singles, 50 burpees – time 18:26 (I think)

    14:48 – 3:1 singles / 29:04 with extra mile. 3 min / 2 min planks.
