    Split jerk – worked up to 5 x 1 at 105#
    WOD: 25 wall balls and 10 ring dips (thin green band): 3 + 11.
    2 x 25′ monster walks
    8 alternating Turkish Get-ups

    155: 4+15 – 20# wall ball, ring rows. 115# split jerks. Did core + 3 strict pull-ups
