7 Bar Facing Burpees
9 Ring Dips
Rest 1 minute between AMRAPs

Core/Accessory:
3×8 GHD Bench Press

3×8 Ring Rows

    3+2/3+5 – 75# thrusters, ring rows. 65# squat cleans. Did core: 65# GHD BPs.
