    Front Squat – 65 # , 85#, 105# (1 rep) failed with last 2 reps

    WOD: 5:46 ( 125# DL )

    Thanks Kyle for the TtoB Technique ….was very helpful …though i missed the swing part in last few reps…

    5:34 – 185# DLs, knees to chest
    Front Squats x3: 125/145/165 and 1 rep of 170 (PR)
    Did core w/ green band.
