    Did Open 16.4 (scaled) as WOD: 212 reps. Did 1 mile run afterward.

    Did Open 16.4 scaled – 131 reps.
    Previous max weight for deadlift was 95#. 55 x 135# is a new max. Worked with Coach Heather – I had a hard time keeping shoulders back / shoulder blades close. Progress as stretched and rollered back with no ill effects the next day.
