Be sure to watch the announcement of Open Workout 16.3 on tonight at 8 p.m. If you want to do Open workout 16.2 on a day other than Saturday, 3/12 please let me know so we can plan! All you really need is someone who knows the standards to judge for you. It doesn’t have to be a coach!

Push Press from rack (45#/33#)
Dumb Bell Thrusters
Double Unders

Mobility for 16.3:
Voodoo floss, lacrosse ball, foam roll, banded distraction

    Dumb bell thrusters right after push press got really hard on in rounds 2 and 3.
