    8:19 – ring rows instead of ring dips due to shoulder probes, 65# OH Squats. Did core: 65# GHD BPs, green band leg curls.

    9:37 – 35# OH Squats, ring dips with band for scale.
    3 x 10 situps and 100 red band leg curls.
