Be sure to watch the announcement of Open Workout 16.2 on games.crossfit.com tonight at 8 p.m. If you want to do Open workout 16.2 on a day other than Saturday, 3/6 please let me know so we can plan! All you really need is someone who knows the standards to judge for you. It doesn’t have to be a coach!

    4+17 – Ring rows instead of pull-ups due to shoulder pain, 75# Push Press. Did core: 65# GHD BPs.
