If you want to do Open workout 16.2 on a day other than Saturday, 3/6 please let me know so we can plan! All you really need is someone who knows the standards to judge for you. It doesn’t have to be a coach! Be sure to watch the announcement of the workout on games.crossfit.com Thursday at 8 p.m.

    5:32 (I think) – 53# KBs, 20# WBs.
    Push press: 85/105/125/130/135 (PR)
    Did shoulder work instead of core.

    5:08 – 25# KBs, 14# WBs. Push press: 85/105/125/130 (attempt)/130 (attempt). Establish max for push press at 125. 3 x 8 knees to chest (scaled T2B). 100 banded pull aparts.
    Coach Heather made adjustments to banded pull aparts to make them extra “fun” (or correct form – much harder).
