25 Abmat Sit-Ups
10 Deadlifts (225#/155#)

Core/Accessory:

Accumulate 5 minutes of plank

8 alternating Turkish Get-ups

    12:27 – singles 3:1, DLs 185#. No core – had to run to vote.
