21 double unders

Core/Accessory:
Accumulate 2 minutes side plank (each side)

8 alternating Turkish Get-Ups

    253 doing Scaled Open 16.1…….tired, but fun. Great job to Pete for scoring me and everyone else that did the open WOD on Friday night!

    AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
    25′ Front Rack Walking Lunges (45#/33#)
    8 Burpees
    25′ Front Rack Walking Lunges
    8 Jumping Pull-Ups
