    Strength : HSS 40# reduced 10# from last time due to shoulder issue

    WOD: 6:46 (Piked push-ups with abmat, ring dip on toes)

    Strength : 4×4 Front Squats 35# 55# 65# 75# (added 10# from last month)

    50 reps pistol squats with rings

    Core and stretches done at home while cooking 😜

    10:40 – box HSPUs, foot assist ring-dips. EMOM: 75#. Did core + 1 rope climb + home strict pull-up work.
