    WOD: 15:47 {16″ BJ + 85# DL + Knees to chest)

    Skipped core.. Did stretches for shoulder and lower back

    Practiced on 18″ box Jumps .. Will move up from next WOD

    19:04 – scaled TTB for most of WOD. Did core + 1 rope climb + 2 strict pull-ups.
