Strength:
5×2 Overhead Squats

WOD:
5 Rounds:
20 Hand Release Push-Ups
20 Deadlifts (225#/155#)

Core/Accessory:
3×10 Piked Toe Raises

3×8 Hip Extensions

    Strength:
    7 rounds of 3 power snatch + 1 snatch balance + 1 OHS
    63, 73, 83, 88, 93, 98 (failed twice on the snatch balance and did BTN push press + OHS)

    Skill:
    3 rounds ME UB C2B pull-ups
    12, 12, 10

    15 minutes handstand hold and walk practice

    Metcon:
    14:11 rx’d

    Core done – 90# on hip extensions

    ROM WOD!!!! Yay!!!! 🙂
