Shoulders – OH Position

Skill:
EMOM for 10 minutes:
2 unbroken hang squat snatch (add 5-10# from 2/8/2016)

WOD:
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
25 Double Unders
10 Shoulder-to-OH (95#/65#)
5 Ring Dips

Core/Accessory:
2×50 unbroken abmat sit-ups

8 alternating Turkish Get-Ups

    Strength EMOM HSS 50# (added 5# from last time)

    WOD : 4+61 – 3×1 SU; 45# STOH ; ring dips on toes

    STrength : Back Squats 5×35# , 5×55#, 5×65#, 5×85#
