No Classes on Monday, 1/25 – Open Gym 3 p.m.

Unfortunately we are cancelling classes for Monday, 1/25. There is limited parking at the gym. We will have Open Gym 3-5:30.

Mobility:
Couch Stretch (2×1:00 minute each side)

WOD:
2 Rounds:
AMRAP in 5 minutes:
20 Air Squats
10 Burpees
5 Wall Walks
Rest 1 minute

Core/Accessory:
3×20 Side Bends
