    Rx, 11:03. total wall ball time was probably around 4 minutes or so, silly burped killed my time…you are my nemesis burpees!!!! 165# on squat cleans, did a few clean and jerks for the barbells and beer prep.

    EMOM for 10 minutes: 1 squat clean + 2 jerks @ 80% of max for this complex
    113# (jerk is still ugly but getting better)

    11:10 Rx. EMOM: 105# first 4 / 115# last 3 @2/min. Did core: 26# rows, orange banded planks 5×1 min, + 1 rope climb.
