    tough WOD for me, slow…16:49…scaled and very light OH squat. 5 min on bike after. very suprised at cal burned, 822 per wahoo HRM. so I guess extended WOD time with a high heart rate made up for my demotivation during the wod. 🙂

    21:48 – pull-ups, 65# OH Squats, box HSPUs. Did core: black band assisted GHRs +’1 rope climb.
