    WOD: 15:51 .. Right shoulder is swollen from yesterday’s WOD . .. Not sure if it’s injured or sore…

    used all light weights today ..wallball 8# ; 35# HPC , 150 singles..

    Skipped the core & did some stretches for shoulder & will rest for a day or two.
