    Had to work out early due to another event.
    bike 8 min
    Overhead press 75#x10 95#x8 (two times) and 95#x5
    WOD Tabata squats @ 95# and deadlifts @ 155# for 32 total cycles. Smoked after that. Probably averaged 3 to 5 per as the WOD went on.
    bike for 5 min
    Wahoo heart rate monitor, started tracking when I arrived, 56 min and 38 Seconds for 918 calories.

    I forgot what my time was but Stephen thought I was about 24 mins.
